Jimi Swan

For some strange reason this imageĀ of a local swan shaking itself based on a recent photograph by Robin Tanner reminded me of an image of Jimi Hendrix painted by Martin Sharp and based on a photo taken by Linda McCartney. Nothing obvious except the energy emanating outwards. Blessings perhaps.

Rusting mechanical dinosaurs regularly come into view when we’re out hunting for meat and bones for our canine companion’s culinary delight. The images present themselves impressively trophy-like,large and framed in some construction company’s corporate boardroom, signed by the artist of course.

Rote & little fingers

A large oversized barbarian demonstrated his skill in his trained art to his school’s governing board. Upon receiving his qualification he was asked why he’d maintained an extended little finger upright throughout his display of the form. On explaining it was as his Sifu had instructed him, he was informed: “Ah yes, but Ma had a calcified little finger.”

Jam Sandwich

John suggested it was just a case of zeros and ones, Chris thought it may be a case of ergot with the jam and toast, me I’m a tad darkly cynical thinking it was perhaps being under the surveillance of the people of Kandor.

Altitudes

Every night and every day, every moment there’s a new sky. Extraordinary when you stop to look and think about it. Amazing performances being played out right before your very eyes and what a bargain!
